6 Injured in Shooting at Fort Worth Party

FORT WORTH, Texas (AP) — Fort Worth police are searching for suspects after six people were injured in a shooting at a private party at an event center.

Police Cpl. Tracey Knight tells the Fort Worth Star-Telegram that five men and one woman were shot early Sunday morning following a fight that started inside the location and continued to the parking lot.

After arriving at the scene at about 1:15 a.m., officers found a 19-year-old man with a gunshot wound. He was taken to a local hospital in serious condition. Police were later notified that five other people showed up at hospitals with non-life threatening injuries.
