9/11-Have You Forgotten?

This morning, during The Rise and Shine Show on News Talk 1290, I played this song. A caller told us she was moved to tears once again. Another called just to say thank you for the reminder.

I sincerely hope that the emotions of that day are as fresh on our hearts and minds as they were in the moments, hours, days and weeks immediately after the terrorist attacks. Those feelings will, I believe, help us to remember that our nation, our republic, must be protected from the tyranny that leads to such heinous acts.

God Bless the heroes of that day. God Rest the souls of those lost.
