Let's travel back in time to 2009.  The 'Obamacare' machine was running full steam.   Nancy 'Sourpuss' Pelosi was hell-bent; Obamacare absolutely had to be passed, so she could see what was in it.  Genius, she is.  The lovely, talented and intelligent Sarah Palin stepped forward to assert that Obamacare would lead to the creation of 'death panels', groups of people completely disconnected from the health/care aspects of healthcare who would determine whether or not grandma could get the life saving operation she needs.  Palin was taken to task by the liberal media elite for her claims.  From Politifact.com, early 2010:

Her assertion--that the government would set up boards to determine whether
seniors and the disabled were worthy of care--spread through newscasts, talk
shows, blogs and town hall meetings. Opponents of health care legislation said
it revealed the real goals of the Democratic proposals. Advocates for health
reform said it showed the depths to which their opponents would sink. Still
others scratched their heads and said, "Death panels? Really?"

Now here we are, some 2 plus years removed from the heart of the debate, Obamacare has passed and has been signed into law.  And now, perhaps, some ugly truths are revealing themselves bit by bit.  Sarah Palin, some of us knew you were right all along.

Take a moment to listen to the following clip from the Mark Levin Show below.  A neurosurgeon called into the program to reveal details about how some decisions in his particular field will now be made in the wake of Obamacare.
