Wichita Falls police say a robbery attempt at a local pawnshop didn't go quite as the crook may have planned.  According to a WFPD press release at 11:28 a.m.  a masked suspect entered the Quick And Easy Pawn Shop at 2305 Kemp Boulevard.

The suspect pulled a handgun and demanded money. That’s when the store’s owner also drew a weapon and began firing at the suspect in self-defense. Two shots were fired inside the business and two outside, but no one was hit. The suspect fled through the front door and was last seen running south in the alley between Kemp and Fillmore.

He is described as a black male, wearing a gray hoodie with a black bandana over his face.  If you have any information on the suspect or his whereabouts, you could receive up to $1,000 cash reward and you do not have to give your name. Call the Crime Stoppers tip line at 322-9888.
