Amber Alert Discontinued for Kidnapped Texas Girl, 13 [UPDATED]

UPDATE: 6/20/14 12:05 PM: Authorities have officially discontinued the amber alert for 13-year-old Phoebe Nichole Hughes. The Texas Department of Public Safety said that Phoebe was found safe.

No other details have been released. We will update this story when more info becomes available.
