It’s no secret that most newspapers have lost a good chunk of their circulation over the past decade.

But just because more and more people are getting their news from the internet it doesn’t mean they’d rather read their news on a screen than they would on a piece of paper.

In fact, according to a new poll from Rasmussen Reports of 1,000 adults, 68 percent actually prefer the old dead tree way of getting news over reading it on the internet.

Twenty-eight percent would rather read the online version of their favorite newspaper. Six percent either had no opinion on the question or never read the news at all.
