Early Morning Crash In Wichita Falls Claims Life [UPDATED]

A man was killed early Monday morning when the motorcycle he was riding collided with a truck. Wichita Falls Police say 45 year-old Daniel Underwood was southbound on Loop 11 just after midnight when his motorcycle struck a Chevy Avalanche that was turning onto Loop 11 from FM 367.

Underwood was not wearing a helmet. Underwood was taken by ambulance to United Regional where he died shortly after arrival. The driver of the truck was not injured and was treated and released at the scene. Alcohol was not believed to have been a factor in the accident.
