The suspect who was shot by a gun shop owner during an armed robbery on November 19th is out of the hospital and in the Wichita County Jail.  23 year-old Charles Brandon Johnson has been charged with aggravated robbery.  His bond has been set at $1 million.

Just before 10 am on November 19th, Johnson and 26-year-old Rodney Darvaun Robinson entered Texoma Armory on Southwest Parkway and immediately began firing at the stores owner, Gary Barlow.  Barlow returned fire, striking Johnson.  Robinson fled when Barlow began shooting.

Robinson turned himself in to police on Monday, November 23rd.  He is also charged with aggravated robbery and is held in the Wichita County Jail on a $1 million dollar bond.    Barlow remains hospitalized and is reported to be in good condition.
