For all of the math nerds, this week is a fun one. It's palindrome week! It actually all started last Thursday (4/10/14) and goes through this Saturday (4/19/14).

If you don't know what a palindrome is, go back to elementary school let me educate you. Dictionary.com defines a palindrome as:

a word, line, verse, number, sentence, etc., reading the same backward as forward,

It's like the name 'Bob', or the word 'racecar,' or (one of my personal favorites) the phrase 'A Man, A Plan, A Canal, Panama.'

Basically all this week (as long as you write your dates the way most American's do) the numbers are the same forward as backwards. 4/14/14=41414.

Go ahead, nerd out, we only get this week every so often. To help you celebrate. Here's a song from Weird Al Yonkovic called 'Bob' that is written entirely with palindromes!
