Miracle League Offers Fun Opportunities for Special Needs Kids in Wichita Falls

Noel Filer, Mission Advancement Director for The YMCA in Wichita Falls, dropped by 'The Rise and Shine Show' Tuesday morning to talk about Miracle League, and a specially designed baseball field begun by the Wichita Falls Junior League that has recently come under the management of The Y.
