Missing City Employee Found

Wichita Falls Police and city of Wichita Falls officials were summoned to the waste water treatment plant on Hwy 240 and Bacon Switch Road early this morning over concerns of a missing employee.  It was feared that 24 year-old Nathan Powell had fallen into one of the tanks at the facility.

We are happy to report that Mr. Powell was located walking along Freiberg-Cooper Road early this afternoon.  A motorist found the young man and was able to get in touch with family who came to the location.

Mr. Powell was reportedly disoriented but otherwise appeared to be alright.  He was transported by private vehicle to a local hospital.
