Wichita Falls Police say a missing 18 year-old mentally challenged woman has been located.  According to a press release, Rachel Elizabeth Bayliff was found in another jurisdiction.  Police did not say exactly where she was found.  Police in the undisclosed town made contact with her and determined that she was there of her own free will.  Her family has been notified of her whereabouts.

Wichita Falls Police need your help finding a young woman who is missing and may be in danger.

18 year-old Rachel Elizabeth Bayliff was last seen on October 11 in the 100 block of Devonshire in Wichita Falls at approximately 9:30 am.  She is described as a white female, 5 feet 4 inches tall and weighing 100 pounds.  Police say Bayliff is mentally challenged and very trusting.

She may be in the company of a black male, 44 year-old Troy Jones.  Jones also goes by the name Troy Abdullah.
