This Louisiana homeowner may have just set up one of the most creative (and expensive) 12-foot skeleton ideas we've ever seen.

Skeletal remains discovered off Waurika Highway earlier this year have now been identified.  According to a Wichita Falls Police Department press release, the remains are those of William E. McConnell, Jr.  McConnell had walked away from a nearby business in the spring of 2002 and was never heard from again...
