With his work unveiled at San Diego Comic-Con this past weekend, the longtime dream of a local Wichita Falls artist has been fulfilled.

In the year 2036, Batman takes on the “Tan of Steel”

I had the pleasure to be a part of Six Flags media day when they showed off their brand new ride. As a huge fan of Batman, I was in for one awesome day. This ride is truly one of a kind and it blew me away.

Just days after Six Flags Fiesta Texas announced a new Batman ride, Six Flags Over Texas in Arlington has announced a 3D interactive dark ride called 'Justice League: Battle for Metropolis'.

To many people, Wichita Falls is still a fairly unknown Texas town. But in fact, Fallstown has been represented quite well, both directly and indirectly, in movies and television.

As a 32-year-old Superman fan, I’ve yet to have a great interpretation of Kal-El in my lifetime.  The two amazing Christopher Reeve films were in the 70s, his last two films were terrible, the “Lois and Clark” TV series was OK at best, “Smallville” was to Superman what “Twilight” was to vampires, and “Superman Returns” was an abomination that nearly killed the legacy...

Last week when I was working on the post Actors Who Almost Got The Big Role, I quickly realized that I could do a full list just on Superhero films.  And with "Iron Man 3" taking over the world box office and "Man of Steel" due out in couple weeks, now seemed like a great time to do it...
