Protester Pauses in Dallas to Get a Quick Haircut

Sometimes, even when all hell is breaking loose, you have to stop and smell the roses. Or get a haircut.

The man in the video at the bottom of this article took time out from a busy day of protesting to get a nice haircut in front of a battalion of cops in full riot gear. Wild.

So, just like in Los Angeles and other large cities across America, ICE protests are happening in Dallas, Texas. Now, this is obviously a very serious situation, so I don't want anyone thinking we're making light of it. However, there is always time for a little levity when one finds themselves in a heavy situation. And that's what these two rascals are providing. They are trying to lighten the situation a little bit, while probably getting a ton of views on social media in the process.

The real tragedy of this clip is the actual haircut itself. When is the "broccoli cut" going to die? Curse you, Patrick Mahomes, for making this god-awful hairstyle popular. You should have one of your Super Bowl wins stripped from you for this curse you have cast on young boys. Oh well.

In the background, the chants never stopped. But for just a few minutes, a man sat still, letting his hair fall to the pavement while history moved around him.
