In a move of pure honor and respect, the bell towers at University of Texas honored the victims of the OSU tragedy this past Saturday.

Authorities have identified the child killed in the Oklahoma State University homecoming parade crash as 2-year-old Nash Lucas, whose mother is a sophomore at the school.

UPDATE: Police say there are now four fatalities, including a 2 year old, and 34 injuries after a vehicle crashed into a crowd of spectators during the Oklahoma State University homecoming parade.
