Hey guys - I'm Chrissy. I've spent the bulk of my adult life as a chef in Minnesota. I'm thrilled to be back home in my native Lubbock, co-hosting the number one morning show, The RockShow. In my spare time, I like to paint, write music, and hang out around Lubbock's local comedy scene.
