Many in Galveston, Texas Are Shocked to See Coffin Show Up on Beach

Some in Galveston, Texas are asking why a coffin showed up on a beach.

If you've ever been to the beach you know that you will see and perhaps even hear many strange things. But how about a coffin on the beach?

Yes, as bizarre as it may sound, a coffin did show up on a Texas beach and many were left saying that they would not be anywhere near this thing.

As you can see here, the coffin is nestled on the beach, while someone appears to be in the water.

Draped across the coffin appears to be a chain, but why is the coffin on the beach? Did this just wash on shore?

Well, according to some on social media, the coffin is being used as a prop for a commercial ad. Yes, the coffin will reportedly be used in an ad promoting haunted ghost tours.

Still, to see this on the beach without knowing would be worrisome and flat-out frightening. I could not imagine walking out to this on the beach to start the day. Nope.
