When it comes to pot and guns, both Texas state and federal laws may be changing. It's good news for many but 1 proposed change could be bad news for some.
Guns in schools? Drinking and driving? Leaving cars and homes unlocked? Smoking areas for high school students? Yep, all once totally normal in El Paso and Texas in general once upon a time.
By the way, the lone star state is not "lone" on this either. Across the USA, 17 states, including Texas, have declared the entire state to be a 2nd amendment sanctuary and 60% of all individual counties across the USA have done the same thing.
