Ports to Plains IH-27 Expansion Bills Die in Congress
When the 116th Congress ended on Sunday afternoon, the House and Senate versions of the proposed Ports-to-Plains Highway Act of 2020 both died in committee. To be reconsidered, the bills would have to be resubmitted to the 117th Congress.
