Even though Oklahoma has already had quite a few damaging tornadoes this year, peak season is expected to kick off next week.

Oklahoma residents will want to get in all the yard work they can today because a stormy and rainy week is expected to kick off Tuesday, April 22. Storms and rain are expected throughout the week and into the weekend.

News is still currently being released about the tornado that has hit Ada, Oklahoma on Saturday, April 19, 2025. While tackling damage from the tornado, the town is also struggling to combat flooding and incoming injuries.

A majority of Oklahoma is expected to experience severe weather Friday and Saturday. All severe storm threats are possible, including damaging wing gusts, large hail and tornadoes.

A huge super soaker is about to move through Oklahoma this weekend, and parts of the state could see up to four inches of rain by Easter Sunday.

This event is the largest fest that puts little ol' Apache, Oklahoma on the map for festival goers all across the state.
