You don’t need to know a lot about auto racing to know it’s dangerous.

Fans got an up-close look at just how dangerous it is when a driver got stuck in his car after it caught on fire last week.

In this video with footage from a camera in the car, fuel starts leaking out of Michael Stofflet’s car during a race at Mahoning Valley Speedway in Lehighton, PA.

The flames were eventually doused and Stofflet managed to finish the race, placing fifth, which is pretty amazing, all things considered.
