Additional Information

The Wichita Falls Parks and Recreation Department will once again be holding their annual Easter Egg Hunt! The free event is offered by the University Kiwanis Club and is open to children ages 3 through 2nd grade.

There will be two different sections for kids to hunt. The first is for children under the age of three, with the other for children ages five through 2nd grade. To make things even more exciting, 100 “prize eggs” will be hidden, which can be used for a variety of Easter prizes.

Participants are encouraged to bring their own basket or sack and it’s best to arrive early. While you’re there, stop by for a photo with the Easter Bunny, as well as McGruff, the crime fighting dog. Parking gets pretty full on this fun-filled day, so plan ahead.
