Granted, everything we know about the production of crystal meth comes from “Breaking Bad.” Still, this sounds odd. A man in Oklahoma was arrested early Friday morning after highway patrolman found a meth lab . . . in his pants.

Even worse for Davis Williams, his portable lab exploded as he tried to escape the authorities.

“After a brief struggle it was determined there was an active meth lab in his pants that burst during the struggle and got all over his body,” said Oklahoma Highway Patrol  trooper Shiloh Hall, in what could be the greatest explanation of a crime in Oklahoma Highway Patrol history.

The highway had to be closed for a period time, as clean up crews scrubbed away the remnants of the meth lab that had been in Williams’ pants. The 54-year old was charged with manufacture of a controlled and dangerous substance. (In his pants.)
