UPDATE 12:20 pm CST:
NBC is reporting that students have been told to return to class. News 9 is reporting that students have been told to remain away from Gould Hall. Gould Hall is the architecture building. It's on the south end of campus near the football stadium and Gaylord College.

The following statement was released on the OU Facebook page:

"As of this time, no evidence has been found of any shots being fired. There are no injuries reported at this time. Both the Norman and OU police department have very quickly responded as well as emergency personnel. President Boren is at the scene. Normal campus operations have resumed except for Gould Hall where additional checking is continuing."

Oklahoma News 9 is reporting that police have responded to a possible shooting on the University of Oklahoma campus at Norman.

A shots fired call was placed at approximately 11:17 am CST and a push notification went out to students cell phones a few minutes later. There is no word yet on any victims or the shooter involved.
