Texas, (according to the Texas Tribune), is one of the top 6 pumpkin producing states, (in 2021, we grew 108 meeeeellion pounds of those suckers), and most of them came from one of our smallest towns.

There are lots of ways to prep your Thanksgiving bird. Here, in El Paso, we like a little flair with ours so here are a few Mexican "pavo" recipes.
