Moore, Oklahoma was devastated by a massive tornado earlier this afternoon.  It's a scene many in the Oklahoma City suburb of 55,000 know all too well.  On May 3, 1999, 36 people in the OKC Metro area lost their lives in one of the worst tornado outbreaks in Oklahoma history.  Moore has been hit four times since 1998.  Today, hit number five, has left yet another path of death and destruction for the city of Moore.  It's reported that several schools were hit.  First responders from south of Moore in Oklahoma and Texas have reported difficulty this afternoon in reaching Moore, largely due to the traffic congestion along I-35.  See live, continuing coverage from CBS News 9
