You may notice one of your favorite pizza places in Wichita Falls is now serving up something new.

Wichita Falls has some amazing local pizza places and one of my personal favorites is Progress Pizza. For years, they have been serving up their iconic Detroit style pizzas at the Wichita Falls Brewing Company downtown. Last year, they announced a new location would be opening up in Parker Square. Looks like that location will be making a change this week.

According to a video posted on the Progress Pizza Facebook page, the location in Parker Square will be shifting to Progress BBQ. For you pizza lovers, the location at the Wichita Falls Brewing Company will remain to get your pizza fix on.

Progress BBQ Opens in Wichita Falls on May 1st

This Thursday, Progress Pizza officially becomes Progress BBQ in Parker Square. The plan for this new location is to be open Wednesday through Sunday from 11AM until they sell out. You will be able to try brisket, ribs, and other amazing BBQ at this new restaurant this week.

Progress BBQ has been a pop up at several locations throughout Wichita Falls, but now it has a permanent home in Parker Square.

Although a permanent menu has not been announced for the new Progress BBQ, you can check out an example of what one has looked like in the past above. Sadly Progress Pizza is gone (not really though), but we get a new restaurant this week in Wichita Falls. Give it a try and let me know what you think.
