Mardi Gras-Laissez Les Bons Temps Rouler!

Laissez les bons temps rouler-let the good times roll!  Yes it is Mardi Gras, which literally means 'Fat Tuesday'.  And in honor of this final day of celebrations before Lent gets under way, I think we need a little music.  Specifically, we need some Zydeco music.  So, turn up the speakers, move the office chairs back and tell the boss it's time to laissez les bons temps rouler!
