Over the weekend, Houston Police arrested a man for allegedly throwing random objects out of a broken window from the 24th floor, at Chase Tower in Houston.

Anyone remember the tales of $800 toilet seats and $200 hammers being purchased by the navy?  It seems our elected leaders never learn.  Our senators appear to be rent happy.  It's just money, right?  Closures of some state offices are being discussed...
