Drug Arrest Made as Result of Traffic Stop
Friday (July 5), The Wichita Falls Police Department Organized Crime Unit and the K-9 Unit investigated a narcotics complaint which resulted in a traffic stop.
As a result of the stop 28-year-old Harvey Alfred Bisson was arrested. At the time he was charged with Manufacture/Delivery of a Controlled Substance in Penalty Group 1 (Methamphetamine) over 1 gram.
Investigators also seized 212 units of suspected LSD as well over 100 tabs of suspected MDMA (Ecstasy). Scales, baggies and $1,421.00 cash and a vehicle were also seized.
More charges will be filed pending lab results on the LSD and MDMA. Bisson remains in the Wichita County Jail on a $100,000 bond.
