City Lights Festival and Parade is still on for Saturday.  Guy Dunn, City Lights parade coordinator, tells News Talk 1290

We have had several inquiries about the parade tomorrow.  We will be there with the parade route marked and barricaded and hopefully the entrants will be there, too.  A lot of groups have gone to a lot of trouble to build their floats and so we will be there rain, snow, sleet or anything else.  We are hoping for dry weather but we know it will be very cold and hope everyone prepares for that.
