Jack County officials continue to battle a fire that has ravaged hundreds of acres since Saturday in the north-eastern part of the county.  A Single Engine Air Tanker and helicopter from the Texas Forest Service were on the scene today helping firefighters on the ground as they try to gain control of the blaze.  The blaze near Post Oak has threatened several homes and forced some evacuations, but no injuries have been reported.  A second fire continues to burn in Clay County.  Several fire units from both Clay and Archer Counties were on the scene as of 4 pm battling the fire west of Joy.  As of this report, no homes or businesses were in danger and no injuries had been reported.
