When The PA Went Out At This Baseball Game, The Fans Took Over Singing The National Anthem [VIDEO]
On Saturday (7/25), the Kansas City Royals were playing the Houston Astros when there was a little bit of technical difficulties at Kauffman Stadium. Before the game, the PA system in the park wasn't working. There was no music, no announcers, no sound at all!
That wouldn't stop the thousands in attendance from making sure the game got a proper start, though! Since no microphone could be used to let them hear the person singing the National Anthem, they took matters into their own hands.
Watch as a stadium full of people come together to sing 'The Star Spangled Banner' before the game. It's true, baseball really is the great American pastime! The Royals went on to win the game, 2-1 in extra innings.
