Kids Punching Bags with the Dallas Cowboys Players Not Even from Philadelphia
You probably saw the video of an elementary school who set up punching bags with the faces of the Dallas Cowboys players last week. That school isn't even in Philadelphia.
The Dallas Cowboys completed a historic comeback yesterday. After being down 21-0 to the Philadelphia Eagles, the Cowboys scored 24 straight points for the win. Today, the Dallas Cowboys shared the traditional Victory Monday picture and this was a good one.
The photo shows Cowboy Joe knocking out the Philadelphia Eagles mascot with some accompanying punching bags of George Pickens and Dak Prescott. Also a nice touch with the Rocky stairs. The caption 'Schooled'em' is clearly taking a shot at this viral video from last week.
Many people saw this quick video of a bunch of children punching bags with the faces of random Dallas Cowboys players last week. I was curious how these children were doing today because once again the Eagles blew a 21-0 lead. I was shocked to find out these children are NOT even in Philadelphia.
Cooper's Poynt Family School in New Jersey
Since I lived on the east coast, I know that the majority of people in South Jersey root for the Philadelphia Eagles. This school is located in Camden, New Jersey. You can literally hop on a bridge in Camden and be in Philadelphia in minutes.
According the school's Facebook page, the children have half a day today due to parent/teacher conferences. Honestly school should have just been cancelled. How are you expected to focus when your team blows a 21-0 lead.
Safe to Say the Players Saw the Video
Post game the Dallas Cowboys social media team brought a punching bag out for the players with the Eagles logo on it. So thank you Cooper's Poynt Family School for the motivation for that epic comeback on Sunday.
According to US News and World Report, the school is ranked 1004 out of a possible 1338 elementary schools in New Jersey. Sounds like it's time to put down the boxing gloves and pick up some books.
