DFW is full of great places to go and take your family for some fun.  Six Flags Over Texas is the biggest amusement park in the area, and you can splash around and enjoy Hurricane Harbor just down the street.

However, something fun for your little ones is opening up in North Richland Hills.

Peppa Pig Theme Park

Yes, it's a theme park designed around the world of Peppa Pig.  Merlin Entertainment teamed up with Hasbro to bring this new exciting park to Texas.  This will be the second Peppa Pig Theme Park in the US.  The other park is located in Florida.

One of the main attractions of the Peppa Pig Theme Park is Daddy Pig's Roller Coaster. Kids can enjoy a ride in Daddy Pig's red car. However, Mr. Bull is currently digging up the road, so Daddy Pig must find a shortcut that will take everyone on an exciting adventure.

The new Peppa Pig Theme Park is designed for children up to 6 years of age.  It will have multiple rides including Grampy Rabbits Dinosaur Park and Peppa Pig's Balloon Ride. Fun playscapes, including the Muddy Puddles splash pad, and Peppa Pig's Treehouse, and fun Peppa Pig shows.  This will end up being perfect for families with young children.

15 Defunct Six Flags Over Texas Rides That Have Been Removed But Not Forgotten

These rides once stood proud and brought joy and terror, in some cases, to those who rode them at Six Flags Over Texas. These rides no longer exist at Six Flags Over Texas. Yes, The New Texas Giant is there, but The Texas Giant went through a complete remodel and redesign and received an upgraded steel track and has a new configuration, and is no longer like the OG, The Texas Giant.
