Weatherman Pulls Off Amazing Feat You’ll Never Be Able to Do
Liam Dutton is a weatherman who definitely earns his paycheck.
Dutton, who does the weather for Channel 4 News in Britain, has gone viral after he successfully and seamlessly pronounced the town name Llanfairpwllgwyngyllgogerychwyrndrobwllllantysiliogogogoch in Wales during a recent forecast.
Yes, that's the actual town name (clocking in at a robust 58 letters) and, yes, Dutton managed to say it without batting an eyelash, even though it sounds like a record being played backwards.
Go ahead, try to pronounce it. We'll give you some time to stop in the middle of it so you can take a swig of Gatorade and recharge.
Dutton's accomplishment caught the eyes -- and ears -- of social media, where people -- including an Oscar winner who hails from Wales -- rushed to give him his due:
Amazing job!! Some of those Welsh names are tricky!
