Wichita Falls, Area Youth Getting Ready for Summer Horsemanship Program

The equine section of Texas A&M University offers one of the best horsemanship programs in the nation.  Each year, students of the program head out across the state to share tips, tricks and techniques with youth across Texas.  Jack Spanable, a Wichita County Extension volunteer joined the Rise and Shine Show to discuss this years program.
