Recent rains may have had some impact on our lakes, but certainly not enough to put a dent in the drought. Mayor Glenn Barham stopped by "The Rise and Shine Show" this morning to discuss what's happening on the water front, particularly the construction of an emergency pipeline from the River Road Waste Water treatment facility.
