At around 1:30 am on April 7, 1989, officers with the Wichita Falls Police Department discovered 19-year-old Melissa Kay Sodeman’s body in her apartment at 1500 Trout Street. Sodeman had been brutally murdered.
According to Texoma’s Home Page, there were two small children there at the time and the door to the apartment was open.
The police know very little about the crime and could use your help.
