Wichita Falls citizens who forgot or neglected to pay a traffic ticket, and now have an outstanding warrant because of it, have the chance to voluntarily take care of their legal issues to avoid being arrested at home, work or school during the Great Texas Warrant Roundup set to begin March 1, 2015.

The Wichita Falls Public Information Office says that notices have been mailed to individuals in the City of Wichita Falls who have active warrants. During the next two weeks these individuals are encouraged to appear in person at the Municipal Court, located at 611 Bluff, or contact the Court by calling 761-7880, to clear up their outstanding warrants.

Individuals can pay in person at the Court, online at. www.wichitafallstx.gov (go to the Municipal Court webpage under Departments and then “Pay a Fine”) or by mail to:

Wichita Falls Municipal Court
611 Bluff St
Wichita Falls, TX 7630

This is the ninth year for the State of Texas to hold the Warrant Roundup, the largest in the nation. For more information please contact Municipal Court Administrator, Stan Horton, at 940-761-7882.
