The number of communities, and even federal agencies, that are purchasing military style hardware has become staggering, if not down-right frightening.

It’s happening in communities all over America, even right here in North Texas. But the build-up by the Department of Homeland Security has been of particular concern. In the past we've discussed the massive ammunition purchases by DHS and other federal agencies, but it does not stop there.
