HUNTSVILLE, Texas (AP) — A former financial analyst with a history of disruptive behavior is set for execution for the road-rage shooting deaths of two truckers in the Dallas area 15 years ago.

Douglas Feldman faces lethal injection Wednesday (July 31) evening at 6pm in Huntsville.

Feldman was condemned for gunning down 36-year-old Robert Everett of Marshfield, Mo., and 62-year-old Nicholas Valesquez of the Dallas suburb of Irving. Feldman, piloting a motorcycle, said Everett cut him off on a Dallas freeway so he pulled out a pistol and shot him. Still angry 45 minutes later, Feldman spotted Valesquez, a gasoline tanker driver filling a service station, and shot him.

While in prison, records show the 55-year-old Feldman has racked up 136 disciplinary cases.

He'd be the 11th Texas inmate executed this year.
