Water Main Break Shuts Down Intersection

The intersection of Kell East/West and Scott Avenue in downtown Wichita Falls is currently closed due to large water main break.  The break was reported at around 11:20 am Saturday.  It's not known how long the intersection will have to remain closed, so motorists are advised to avoid the are altogether until further notice.
