WFPD Makes Arrest In Bus Vandalism Case
Several Wichita Falls ISD busses owned and operated by Durham Services were vandalized on August 13. A half dozen buses had windows and windshields broken. Damages totaled around $10,000.
An investigation by the WFPD Crime Against Property section led to the arrest on 18 year-old Kagan Andrew Baisden on Friday. Baisden is currently being held in the Wichita County Jail on a charge of criminal mischief. His bond has been set at $20,000. Baisden also has an outstanding warrant on a theft charge.
