Wichita Falls Man Jailed on Injury to a Child Charges

A Wichita Falls man is jailed after he allegedly abused a child. KFDX reports that 33 year-old Jeremy Scott Cook is charged with injury to a child, committing bodily injury.

The child’s mother told police on February 8^th that Cook grabbed her son’s arm. Cook was ‘upset’ because the child was afraid of the dark and crying. Officials at the child’s school notified CPS after discovering bruising on the child’s back

Cook's bond was set at $25,000.  He remained in the Wichita County Jail as of Wednesday night.
