Four Arrested and Charged With Murder of Iowa Park OU Student
Authorities in Norman, Okla. have arrested four people in connection with the murder of a man from Iowa Park.
20-year-old Nathaniel Ewing, a student at OU, was found lying in an apartment complex parking lot with a single gunshot wound to the abdomen around 11:00 p.m. on Sunday, April 23.
Witnesses say they saw two black males attempt to rob Ewing and another person in the parking lot before firing two shots. Ewing was shot once and the other person ran from the scene and was not injured. The suspects drove away in a light-colored SUV.
On Tuesday (4/25), Norman police arrested two 17-year-old boys, whose identities have not been released, along with 20-year-old Tyrek Ladarius Turner and 19-year-old Armani Ashanti Morgan.
All four are being held at the Cleveland County Detention Center on First Degree Murder charges. As of Wednesday afternoon, their bonds have not been set.
